  31. Issue #4 hasn't even been made.  Issue #3 (The October Issue) was 
  32. finished early this month but due to what we considered a major flaw in 
  33. the duplication process we sent it back to have it redone.  Today was the 
  34. first day of shipment for issue #3, so you should be receiving them 
  35. soon.
